We also collect your IP address and browser information to verify your identity and prevent fraud. This data is used only to set up your account, process deposits and withdrawals, and meet local compliance requirements.

We retain your account data for the period required by local law — typically between 5 and 7 years — to comply with financial and anti-fraud regulations. After that retention period, your personal information is permanently deleted from our systems. Transaction records may be kept longer where local law permits, but your name and contact details are removed.
